The CIMA syllabus is changing for the 2026 Case Study exams. New content will put extra emphasis on finance business partnering, sustainability, analytics and digital skills. CIMA will release updated study materials in October 2025. If you are already partway through your CIMA journey, this is a practical moment to plan so you don’t get caught between syllabuses.

What you can do now

• Register for the Nov. 2025 or Feb. 2026 Case Study sessions to finish a level on the 2019 syllabus before the upgrade takes effect.
• Join our last Objective Test semester starting 4 October 2025. It’s your final chance to clear pending OT exams under the 2019 syllabus.
• If you complete your Objective Tests and the November Case Study, you can be fully certified/awarded for that level before the new syllabus is enforced in May 2026.
